BOOKING DEPOSITS
All bookings will require a 20% non refundable deposit to secure booking
Deposits must be paid within 24 hours. If using online booking this will be paid at the time of booking
Deposits may not be used as a credit for other bookings where another deposit has been payed
Bookings can not be held unless deposit has been paid.
Evidence of payment receipt is required
BRIDAL
All bridal bookings have a 4 people per party minimum.
If booking is altered once deposit is payed, outstanding amount will reflect any changes made
Any changes in location may alter the travel fee to be adjusted prior to completion of service
A bridal contract must be signed and returned to Montanah prior to service
NO-SHOWS, RESCHEDULING AND CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations and rescheduling may be made at the earliest convenience, up to 48 hours prior to the booking time and date
All cancellations, no shows or rescheduling made within 48 hours will incur a late fee equal to the total service cost no exceptions
LATE ARRIVALS
It is recommended to arrive 10 minutes prior to your allocated booking time in order to find parking and locate the studio
Late arrivals up to 10 minutes will result in a shortened application time and a full application may not be completed
Late arrivals greater than 15 minutes will be considered a no show, resulting in the cancellation of your booking. This will incur a late cancellation fee equal to the total service price
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
- It is the clients responsibility to notify Montanah of any allergies or sensitivities prior to the time of bookingÂ
- Clients are to arrive with clean skin and clean hair free from product for any hair services
- Montanah Poulos reserves the right to refuse service to anyone displaying signs of infectious conditions. Booking deposit will not be refunded
- Montanah Poulos reserves the right to refuse service to anyone displaying innapropriate, aggressive or violent behaviour. Booking deposit will not be refunded
PHOTOGRAPHY
- Client allows the right for photos to be taken before and/or after the service to be utilised on social media with clients consent
NON-INCLUSIONS
- Any additional accessories or products must be provided by the client. These may include but not limited to; hair clips/accessories, gems, headbands etc
- The following tasks are not included in the service; tattoo cover ups, covering sunburn and tan, completing partial applications (eyes only or base only), cutting hair, applying hair extensions
INVOICING
- All invoicing must be payed prior to the completion of service, with evidence of payment presented to Montanah
- If an invoice remains overdue, an additional 15% fee will incur per week until finalised
